For the past several flagship updates to x.1.1 the phones continue to reflect x.1. The flip, fold and tablet updates have reflected x.1.1 The update did not include the September security patch. If you look at the build date in an app such as DevCheck Pro you'll see it was compiled mid August, well prior to the September security patch release. I imagine the security patch will be released soon.
