What happened to Smart Select Quick Panel for the GIF editor?

I was just wondering why Gif Editior was left out of the quick panel or how do I add it back. I used it all the time. I get that is needed reimagined but PLEASE give us a gif editor/Animation addition to do on the fly quick editing from Smart Selct please...

Or put in in Smartlock

Annoyingly enough, it looks like you'll have to just open the video editor to edit gifs. Maybe it'll come back soon?

Such **bleep** .can't do circles anymore either and making a rectangle from edge of screen to edge is very difficult.not like the old version.of course Samsung always taking away good things .and replacing them with **bleep**,
