Galaxy S24I have all sorts of Samsung products from TV to phone. Think I will buy a fridge from your company as well. Just one thing has been keeping me back from this. A administrative issue that has been stalking my family for years. It seems to be targeting my Samsung products as the security system for Samsung is unable to detect this virus that a administrative account has put on my router and account. They have blocked every function that Samsung has and they are about to cost Samsung up to or even more than 10000 dollars. This person has administrative account permission and has been taking control of my Samsung systems for 5 years without knox even knowing about it. Talk about brazen. They don't even care about the security set in place for Samsung. They have just bypassed it and has continued to mess with my electronics. Samsung has a lot of great stuff but if they let the administrative people stalk and harassing the client then maybe I shouldn't buy Samsung products. It's a problem that could easily be fixed but nobody seems to want my 10000 making my house and smart house with all Samsung products. Maybe I should look into LG or something else. I just hope i didn't waste money and time on Samsung products when knox can't catch a single virus and detect inappropriate behavior in its own technical support department. I have attempted to fix it with technical support and they don't see anything wrong. But I have at least 3 bot virus on my Samsung account controlling the signin and stopping us from using the TV functionality. Going as far as to break the product themselves. Any other Samsung consumers have this kind of issue with the security system for Samsung? Or is it just me? Let me know and comment back. Maybe we can get something done about what we have been subjected to for years.

Galaxy S24If ADT set it up, and you are paying for a service, they should be able to help you reset the router. You may have to pay a security expert to help untangle what's going on and to set you up so you are secure. It may mean resetting all your devices as well (if someone got into your router through an exploit, they could also infect your phones through the network), and resetting your account passwords.
As for finding an expert, you can search online for local people/companies in your area, just check reviews and make sure they are trustworthy.

Galaxy S24If things are blocked at your router level, then someone got into your router, and it is not the fault of Samsung. It's either on your ISP end, or someone with access to your home network visited a shady site at some point over the years that allowed access. I suggest either factory resetting your router and changing the SSID and password, as well as the administrator password for the router setup, or getting a new router. This has been going on for years, and you believe it's a Samsung issue, yet you still keep and buy Samsung products? Also, you are addressing this issue to the wrong audience. If you want to make your issue/dissatisfaction known to Samsung, you have to contact them directly, not on a user forum.

Galaxy S24That's a problem with your router security. Knox won't detect anything within your router; only whats on your device. If your router is supplied by your ISP, then they usually have security and you should be taking up the issue with them. If you provided your own router you are own your own fir security, unless your ISP has security throughout the network. I will, however tell you that many router invasions happen with open game ports, and tech savvy gamers can sneak in while you are playing. Other hackers just look to exploit open router ports.
In this technological age, you don't have to be a master of tech savvy, but you should at least make it a point to know about the technology you use so that you can take preventative measures, rather than try to remediate after the fact. Also, being knowledgeable about the tech will help you remediate if you become compromised.
