There is no enrollment banner in the Members app. On an S24 series phones, open the Members app and on the upper right there's a bullhorn icon. Select it, which opens your Inbox. The option to join the beta should be under Notices.

I'm on Verizon and I got the update. I see nothing

It's because Verizon is not part of the beta. Only T Mobile and probably unlocked phones.
