Galaxy S24Hello, and sorry to hear about how your S24+ rebooting on its own and fingerprints are turned off. Sometimes apps can cause random or constant reboots to happen on your phone or tablet. Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue. You can perform a software update, or do a factory reset (as @realaud suggested), but try to check for updates. If one is available, you can take that route first if you'd like to try avoiding factory resets. (guide here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10001548/)
Additionally, thank you for trying the troubleshooting above to confirm it is not caused by a third-party app with Safe mode (guide here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003495/).
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S.: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html.
