I just got an S24+ a couple days ago and it keeps rebooting and then the fingerprints either get corrupted or turned off automatically.

I've had to refo my fingerprints like 10 times?

Anyone know a solution??

Hello, and sorry to hear about how your S24+ rebooting on its own and fingerprints are turned off. Sometimes apps can cause random or constant reboots to happen on your phone or tablet. Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue. You can perform a software update, or do a factory reset (as @realaud suggested), but try to check for updates. If one is available, you can take that route first if you'd like to try avoiding factory resets. (guide here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10001548/)

Additionally, thank you for trying the troubleshooting above to confirm it is not caused by a third-party app with Safe mode (guide here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003495/).

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options:

Since it's new, try a factory reset. If it still does the same thing, return it.

Yeah that's an option, usually the last option but it is new. I haven't transferred much yet just downloaded a few apps. Tried safe mode but fingerprints were still corrupted even w/ no apps loaded

I always consider a reset a last option. I only suggested it because you said the phone was new and I figured you hadn't put much on it yet, so it wouldn't be a hardship. And doing it within the return period would give you the opportunity to get a working phone.
