After the recent update, I've noticed that my S24 ultras bluetooth audio quality is bad (sounds dull and muted). I have multiple bluetooth headsets and speakers. The first device connected after restarting sounds normal. Every other device sounds muted and dull. I need to restart my phone if I want to play music in a different device to have better sound quality.

Has anyone experience this?

Thank you for reaching out. Yeah, both settings are also all the way up.

Have you tried connecting to the car with a hard cable. I would recommend testing your phone with a AUX cable and see if the volume is muffled. What kind of Car do you have?

Also weird after reviewing my boyfriends moto 5g to my S24 my phone still has better everything however many complain about the volume as well when googled. Just unsure why the 5g is extra loud compared to my newer phone. Appreciate the new idea.

I noticed something with my phones speakers on the 24 plus. Before the update my speakers were working perfectly. However with the new update, it's all muffled. Nothing changed on my phone besides applying the update.

I had this similar issue earlier in the year around April. One update made my speakers all muffled and the next one fixed it. Now I'm unfortunately back to my muffled speakers. I have tired all the settings including resetting my phone.

Curious to see if it's just me or anyone else has similar issues. Thanks

I have this problem now too All of a sudden anything I connect to with Bluetooth the sound is terrible.

The issue is with the phone Bluetooth because it can't be all the Bluetooth devices I connect to and it happened all of a sudden,if I plug in with an aux lead the sound works perfectly.

Anyway while trying to solve it I tried the "seperate app sound" feature.

When I choose certain apps to use with this and bluetooth as the audio device it works absolutely fantastic

But the only problem is that every time I connect to something I have to go to settings and select this even though it's switched on it doesn't default to this.

So I have to go to settings switch it off then back on to get the sound to work the way it always did without having to do anything.

So it's like something is restricting the Bluetooth sound all of a sudden because it worked perfectly fine before it started to do this
