Hello catsinautumn,

Thank you so much for posting. Welcome to the Samsung Community.
We understand your video freeze when connected to a bluetooth device and cause audio to become desynced. Here are some things to check to help resolve this bug. Check if your phone or tablet has any available software updates. If so, please update device. Sometimes locations can cause poor network connection. Please, make sure your network connection is strong. Go to settings> connections> mobile networks. When connected to Bluetooth devices are to be within 30 feet of each other.Disconnect the Bluetooth device and then pair them again to your phone. Sometimes this simple trick will fix connection issues. Test the Bluetooth device in different scenarios and with different bluetooth devices to help narrow down the problem. Another thing to try is to clear the bluetooth data cache.  Go to Settings> swipe to and tap Apps>
Tap the Sort icon> tap Show system apps>Tap OK > Tap Bluetooth> tap Storage> tap Clear data> tap OK to confirm. If the problem is still there, make sure power saving mode is off: Go to Settings> tap Battery and device care>Tap Battery> tap Power saving mode. If you havent done so,
Press and hold the Volume down and Power buttons simultaneously for approximately 10 seconds to reboot your device.

If you are still having this issue, when this bug reappears submit an error report to provide feedback directly to the Samsung developer team.

Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and Tap Error reports.
Tap OK on the agreement popup for sending system log data.
Select Symptom category.
Describe the problem in detail and SEND.
