Hey everyone. Does anyone have issues with their camera failing?
I got an S24 plus about 4 months ago, and one month into using it, I noticed the camera started freezing.
I have tried everything from clearing cache to restarting in safe mode and clearing partition. I am at my wits ends rn because the situation has gotten super worse. I can barely use my camera now which is why I got the phone in the first place.
Try using the camera with the phone booted into safe mode, which prevents any third-party software from running in the background. It's possible that you have installed some malicious third-party software causing the camera to hang. If the camera works properly in safe mode, you will need to determine which software is causing your problem and remove it.
