Galaxy S24I recently upgraded to an S24 Ultra from my old Note 9. I can't get the S24 to connect to a ChargePoint charger (you just 'tap' to connect). It worked fine with the Note 9.

Thank you so much for posting. Welcome to the Samsung Community. We understand your Chargepoint charger fails to connect to your S24 Ultra device.
Please make sure your charger is compatible with the S24 Ultra.
Please make sure the Chargepoint app is up-to-date. Make sure you are signed up to the correct account. Make sure your S24 Ultra is up-to-date. Double check you are connected to Wi-Fi.
You may want to clear the app cache to improve performance and help fix issues.
1. Go to settings
2. Go to Apps then Select Chargepoint App
3. Tap Storage
4. Clear Cache
You may want to reset network settings in the event the
Wi-Fi is not connecting properly and causing interference. You will need to reenter Wi-Fi passwords.
1. Go to settings
2. General management
3. Reset
4. Reset mobile network settings
5. Reset settings and Confirm if prompted
If you are still having issues, we recommend reaching out to Chargepoint app developers.
