Can't share from my Gallery app to WhatsApp

How do I fix my Gallery app so I can share pics with friends on WhatsApp without that having to download them?

I did. It did not resolve the issue, unfortunately. I can only share using Google Photo app

Are you trying to share using the share feature in the gallery or trying to access the gallery from within Whatsapp?

After I updated my phone, when I tried to share pics from my samsumg gallery app to WhatsApp, it's now shared in a BIN format. And my friends have to download the pics. This was not happening before.

Have you tried it from within Whatsapp?

I never heard of phone photos being stored or converted to .bin format, as the default photo format is . jpg.
