Disappointed in the S24 Ultra camera zoom quality is worse than the S23 Ultra

I had the S23ultra and loved the camera and zoom ability. I dropped it and had to upgrade. Big mistake. Should have lived with the cracked screen. I use to be able to take amazing zoomed in pics but not with this phone. My devotion to Samsung is gone. Has anyone tried the Pixel phones?

Im not sure it was suppose to come this month but i read that samsung is having issues with updates, like one ui 6.1.1 and one ui 7 beta. Im waiting for those updates too

I wish I read about the s24+ camera issues before purchasing it 2 days ago. So so disappointed. Been using S22 and it had great output for photos. This new phone, argh, can't believe I wasted money on it!

I agree with the zoom in options of S24U. It's not as clear and on point like the S23.

Go to Camera Settings > Intelligent Optimization > set to Maximum and toggle on Scene Optimizer

I heard that the camera doesn't actually zoom to the moon and it is fake or AI generated. I can't trust Samsung with the s24. I wrote this on a Samsung galaxy s6. Forgot to mention maybe the pic of the moon is real, but can't really zoom to the moon.

I agree. I love my s21 ultra camera and zoom. S24 ultra camera and zoom is ridiculously stupid. I can't believe they touched it. My brother zoomed his s23 ultra to the same thing I did in his crystal clear at 100% zoom and mine was all fuzzy.
