I noticed a few days ago that my screen settings look different. I'm not sure if I changed a setting and didn't realize or what bit it's giving me the worse headache.

It has a super blue/gray tone to it. Any help is appreciated !

Check your color palette. Mine did the same and somehow the update changed what I had previously selected

It's most likely your color filter for tone difference. Pull down your quick tab and look for the color filter.

Yes, do see if you accidentally turned a color filter on. You can either find the setting in the quick access panel or in settings/accessibility/vision enhancements.
