I bought a Samsung S24 from Google (via Google Fi). I mostly love the phone, but I've been unable to get Samsung's Visual Voicemail to work or the Google Phone app's Voicemail tab to appear. I can access voicemail by dialing in, and the Google Fi app seems to work to reset the pin, etc.
I have worked for hours on settings, systematically clearing storage and caches, etc, and nothing seems to work. I am left with the conclusion that visual voicemail functionality (by any means) does not work on the S24 with Google Fi, and that seems very unlikely.
Question 1: Does visual voicemail work on the S24 with Google Fi? If so, how?
Question 2: In desperation, I removed Visual Voicemail thinking that I could just reinstall it. It turns out that Visual Voicemail is not in the Galaxy Store or Google Play. How can I reinstall it?
