Experiencing problems with the Samsung Members app

Hi everyone, am I the only person having trouble with Samsung Members app?

No updates on my end

Phone updated 30 hours ago and I let my battery die turned on phone and did another update

It will not let me do screenshot picture post button is not working for that u guess

That is one problem that im having with samsung members app.

It's probable, but turn airplane mode on wait a minute and turn it off. Go to settings, apps, Members app, select and clear cache.

Already cleared cache before writing this post

Turn WiFi off and use your cell service. If it works then check your router's DNS settings. You can check your phones as well. Also turn off MAC randomization

I could try but i should not be doing all this Samsung should start doing real maintenance. My wifi router has been reset my internet is going great
