It just isn't working whether registering again or using existing prints, can't get any of my prints to work, especially using prints to log into my bank acct?

Have you run a diagnostic on the fingerprint scanner?  Diagnostics can be found in the device care settings of your phone.

Any chance you just replaced your screen protector. Some are made better than others.

Yes, a screen protector could very well be the culprit, but do run the phone diagnostics anyway.  If you did just add a screen protector, I suggest going to the settings and turning on touch sensitivity.
