Front camera not work

Is anyone else having this problem or has this ever happened to you?

This is what it looks like out of the front camera. The back cameras work just fine, but when I flip it over, it just shows a white screen.

Galaxy S24 Ultra.

I would suggest running the diagnosis test in the support tab at the bottom of the Members app and see what it says

Did the factory reset work? I'm having a similar issue with my s24. The front camera works but doesn't when I'm on video. All permissions are on and I even tired restarting the camera settings
