Galaxy S24Hello all, thanks for reaching out. If Safe Mode (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/), clearing device cache, and factory resets (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/) are not helping with the random restarts, service and evaluation of the phone may be needed, provided you have exhausted all troubleshooting methods in this guide: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001475/
For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1. Facebook Messenger: http://m.me/samsungsupport 2. Twitter: https://twitter.com/messages/compose?recipient_id=18768513- 3. Private Message: https://bit.ly/3hzZfw8 If the PM link is not working for you, you can click on my name and send me a private message directly from my profile.
For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html

Galaxy S24A bug fix to fix an issue that ONLY your phone is having? I have an s24 ultra and it has yet to restart on me once unexpectedly (I have had it since 2 days before they officially launch). Sounds like you either got a lemon, or you need to factory reset it (despite believing that it wont help).

Galaxy S24I am not qualified to make this call. I also do not have all of the information required to make this call. An authorized Samsung service partner should be able to evaluate and make this call.
I CAN state that this does not happen with MY device, so does not look to be an issue that requires, or would even benefit from a "bug fix".

Galaxy S24How do you know that there is no quality control on things like this? Do you work for Samsung, or have intimate knowledge of their processes? You are basing the rest of this post on an assumption that may or may not be correct. While I cannot stop you from being you, I can ask that you not send others in the same, unverified direction.
I understand that you are having an issue, but lashing out at the company that made the device should not always be the first response, maybe try getting the device looked at to determine where the fault actually lies, and if it is a hardware issue, please understand that they produce these things in the thousands, and cannot verify that every single one is 100% free of bugs, without a serious impact to release windows.

Galaxy S24Thus extending out the time frame on all new devices to over a year, good bye new devices every year, hello having to stick with the same device for 5 years as each and every device that comes off the assembly line is scrutinized before being allowed to leave.
