Galaxy Watch 5 paired with my S24 Ultra does not vibrate when receiving a notification

I have a Samsung 24ultra and I have a galaxy watch 5. Unfortunately my watch does not vibrate when I receive notification. I previously had a s9plus for years with no issue but since getting the 24 ultra in February I do not get vibrating notification. I have sort support from a samsung shop and phone support but without any joy. Does anyone have any ideas that could help???

@Rootssister  In your watch settings, do you have the sound enabled or sound set to vibrate?

In your watch settings -> Sounds and vibration do you have Notification vibration set to something other than Silent? 

Finally... on your phone do you have the desired notifications set to make sound? If you don't, then they won't make sound or vibration on your watch.

Thanks for the reply. The funny thing is 2 watssap names will vibrate but only those 2. I previously has a s9plus with no issues.  I called customer service no joy, also went to a Samsung store again no joy. I was hoping a phone update would make a difference but unfortunately it hasn't so far. I just don't get it everything is enabled.
