Have not received One ui 6.1.1

So I still haven't gotten the update and I've been on one ui 6.1 =3AXFJ since August 8th idk what's going on and it's saying that's the latest update... I've spoken to samsung and verizon and nobody can help me... irritated

It was released for the S24U series on the 9th, S23 series today!

If you have a computer with Smart Switch connect your device to your PC and look for updates.

Otherwise if not already set up install Smart Switch onto your computer !

Did you buy your phone through a carrier? You are most likely waiting on them to approve the update.

Verizon, I checked the website for the update and it's updated on there... But they couldn't tell me anything about it 🥲

Try removing the SIM card and reinstalling.
