How can someone add their fingerprint biometrics on my phone?

Someone put her fingerprint on my phone and accessed and stole thousands of dollars from my bank account. She never had my phone without me being nearby. Does anyone know how she did it?

I'm sorry to hear that happened. So she used your phone when you were nearby? She then had access to your unlocked phone. Some advice, never let anyone use your phone unless you really trust that person.

If the person has your unlock pin, they can register their fingerprints. Never give out passwords.

If you were right there, why didn't you stop her? If you had a watch or other "trusted" device, the screen wasn't really locked. This seems like a matter of personal security: if you were right there while she took the time to access and move your money, I don't know how you will defend your not trying to stop her in the moment.

You were nearby, not over her shoulder. In that time, she accessed your security settings, registered a fingerprint, then used that fingerprint to unlock your bank app and take your money. I don't care how much you love/trust someone, you don't give them access to your phone

You actually need to enter a PIN or Password to add a fingerprint, so perhaps this is NOT how they gained access, perhaps they just saw your account number, and worked their evil magic elsewhere.

I had the same happen to me and I live alone. No o e has had physical access but my phone said another print has been added. it is actually a thing

If you had a print added that you didn't add, *someone* had physical access to your phone somehow and knows your pin or password.  You cannot add a fingerprint remotely, as you need access to the fingerprint scanner.  If there is a fingerprint there that does not belong to you, delete it.
