How to get UHQ Upscaler feature to work with headset

Anyone know how to fix this. This used to work with all headsets. Now it's just permanently greyed out. 

currently using Steelseries Nova 3 with USB type C

You need to use wired headphones to use this feature. Some newer phones now don't have the 3.5mm headphone jack so you either have to get USB C type headphones like the Samsung AKGs like I have or to use regular 3.5mm headphones you have to buy an adapter piece dongle but sometimes those don't work properly and still won't let you turn on UHQ upscaler. Also if you use Bluetooth headphones the UHQ upscaler will NOT work.

My headphones use type C and would work in the past. It really sounds like it's more or less a dead audio feature. It used to work flawlessly on one ui 5. One piece 6 and 6.1 is when it started.

@Dogpool You can submit a bug report using the Samsung Members app and a developer will take a look at it.
