How to recover videos and pictures from secure folder?

All you need to do is open the gallery inside of the secure folder select the pictures and videos and select remove from secure folder

It's empty I change to this new phone and that's what's missing

Your secure folder doesn’t transfer over you would need to get your old phone copy everything out of the secure folder and then transfer what was in the secure folder to the new phone

Ok thanks so much but my older phone isn't working no more so I lost my stuff so sad 😞

We all should be making backups of our important files, like photos, to another device or, better yet, to cloud storage.

Yeah that's right but for now I'm losing my stuff

Every time I’ve did a transfer to a new phone everything in google and Samsung copied over except for the secure folder and I needed to take everything out of the secure folder so I’m afraid it’s most likely losts I’ve been putting everything in google photos and adding them to the locked folder in google photos so I knew everything is safe

Yeah I keep 2 copies of everything and some I have 4 backups I just google/amazon/Verizon and a couple of SSD’s
