Galaxy S24I went through THREE Samsung 22 Plus phones, MANY Sims physical and virtual!
I am about to be on my THIRD Samsung 24 Plus and again several sims!!! I have tried a hard factory reset and my phone started up the same as before and gave me a message that I did not have admin privileges!!!!
I have used Nortons, Aura, Trend Micro, Bitwarden, Netgear, MacAfee, and many more!!
Keep in mind the admin apps are NOT detected as mallware or viruses. Because its an app, therefore very dangerous!
These black hats are much smarter than you and I!!! No scan ever detected anything, and I actually found the app NOT anyone else, NOT Samsung, NOT any anti-virus, NOT Samsung, NOT T-Mobile! The first time I pulled down 3 times on my screen and BOOM a whole new desktop! The second time if I help down on an app icon there was another app under it!! I could and can't do things because MY phone that I OWN, NOT any organization, tells me I DO NOT have administrative privileges!
These apps are promoted under the guise of parental control apps! However, they can and are used to DESTROY people's lives! I speak from first-hand experience, no gibberish or false information!
Please do not talk to me as though I am ignorant, I would not ever have posted if I believed what you said to be true! I am on my THIRD computer, THIRD iPad, I have changed my phone number SEVERAL (many) times!
Furthermore, please educate yourself on current cybersecurity issues so you do not end up in the same situation because I can verify from real-life experience OVER SEVEN Months that YES it can and does happen and it will DESTROY anything and everything you may have built!
I have had Samsung devices since they started, and I will NOT EVER buy another Samsung phone again!! Not to mention there customer service has been atrocious!! Hundreds of hours I have spent on the phone!
I literally have 6 journals of everything I have done and gone through!
Review what I have attached and then come back at me!!!
For real, I am trying to warn people to be vigilant!
Also just as an FYI if this ever happens to YOU or anyone you love or care about, just know there is ABSOLUTELY no law enforcement to help you at all, maybe the FBI through IC3.gov if you are important or lucky enough to get a response!
Have a good day, be better, do good, and be safe in cyber land!

Galaxy S24This is not a Samsung issue. It is a failure of you protecting your accounts. I am well versed in Cybersecurity. Go to an uncompromised device on a network that is not your home or public and change your account passwords. If they are not getting in through your accounts, and they got into your computer, it's through an exploit in your home router , so get a new router and set it up properly, including changing the default admin password. Always use a VPN. If, for whatever reason, you think this is a problem with Samsung phones (it's not), then stop buying Samsung phones.
If it's so bad it's ruining your life and there's no help from law enforcement, pay a cybersecurity firm to seal you up and help you repair the damage.
