Incoming calls not connecting

Incoming calls do not always connect, my phone doesn't ring. Some of these calls go to voicemail while others do not & don't appear as "recent". Other times my phone rings just fine.

I haven't been able to chat with my carrier as the code they're sending to my phone never shows up. I will head to a Verizon store if this avenue doesn't help.

This is a carrier issue.

Mine does the same, my watch will ring but not my phone. Happens often too

Mine does too, are you on Verizon?

My husband is unable to ring through to my phone - it goes straight to voicemail but his texts come through just fine.

Same here got 3 calls 1 did nothing ,2 one budy ,an 3rd one worked,,why
