phone calls won't go through

so I own an s24u. never had a problem with making/receiving phone calls until today. with wifi on/off my phone isn't registering a call, as well as won't even ring for other people. can someone help? my mobile data, wifi, mobile tethering, account hasn't changed yet it's happening to me nos.

@PanamaCanal Have you checked with your carrier? It is possible that your carrier is having an issue.
