I'm sorry to hear this. I can only imagine how important this is to you.

Did you ensure that your device was compatible with Samsung Health (Samsung Health>More>Settings>Accessories) or does your device use a separate app?

Everyone is saying including the company that my phone is capable of scanning my sensor because it has NFC but it is not doing it

Are there app permissions that you did not enable? Are you placing the back of the phone directly flat against the sensor?  NFC has to be really, really close to read -- just like with payments. Do you have a phone case that may be interfering with the NFC signal? Most of the reviews for the app in the Play store are not positive.

It is a freestyle libre 3 sensor and the app is downloaded from the Play store

I used this before with my S24 Ultra. And I can confirm that it works.. What I'd suggest is to uninstall and start from scratch, I know it works, but there has to be something else it might have missed in the installation. I no longer use it however, as the sensor it self gives too many erroneous readings. I tried it because my mom uses it, and kept complaining to me about the false readings with different kinds.. I tried it to make sure, and I can confirm, that level sometimes can be as much 30-50 higher or lower than what the regular readers say.
