Issue with Google update

I keep getting this notification from the Google Play Store, any ideas as to what its about?

Uninstall the play store and update it again it might be a bug or it dont want to install properly.

Just checked, it was a maintenance thing

Open the store. Are there updates available for Google? You may have auto updates and notifications about updates enabled. I have all of that stuff disabled.
