Galaxy S24Hey there! I can absolutely understand needing your keyboard to work! Since it seems to only be happening in certain apps, but not others, let's try these troubleshooting steps to see if it helps.
First, I would suggest clearing the cache of the specific apps that it is happening in by following these steps.
Open Settings
Select Apps
Search for or select the app you want to clear
Tap Storage
Tap Clear cache
You can also clear the cache of the device itself by following these steps.
Turn off the device
Press and hold the Volume Up key, then the Side key
Continue holding the keys while the device turns on
Release the keys when the Android logo appears
Wait for the Android system recovery menu options
Use the Volume down key to highlight Wipe cache partition
Press the Side key to select it
Use the Volume down and Side keys to confirm your choice
Highlight Reboot system now with the Volume down key
Select it with the Side key
If you've tried these and you've also checked for any updates and it is still happening you may want to reach out to the developer of the app it's happening in to see if they may have any additional troubleshooting inside the app!
