Lagging and error when accessing Chrome

I just installed the new update less than an hour ago now my phone is super laggy and I'm getting error messages whenever I try to access the internet (Chrome) my PlayStore app is telling me to set up my account that's already set up. I need my phone to work for my job I've restarted it and everything please fix it

Download the Samsung App Good Guardians from the Samsung Store and then use the module Galaxy App Booster. That should clear up your lagginess.
