Hello, thanks for reaching out! I can see how annoying it is for your phone not to vibrate at all when you want it to for notifications and the like. In addition to what @realaud suggested, if your Galaxy phone is not vibrating when you receive calls or notifications but it is supposed to, there may be a straightforward solution. In this article, we will guide you through various troubleshooting steps to help you restore your phone’s vibration function: https://www.samsung.com/latin_en/support/mobile-devices/solutions-for-when-your-galaxy-phone-wont-vi....

Should it turn out these steps do not work, a third-party application may be to blame. In this case, Safe mode can help rule that out. Use this guide for Safe mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003495/
If vibration works in Safe mode, then uninstall the offending third-party application(s) until proper haptic feedback is restored.

Lastly, if the vibration/haptic feedback is still not working in Safe mode, it may be time to try a factory reset. First, back up everything you can (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002780/) then try a factory reset: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options:
