New phone S24 ULTRA unable to sign in GOOGLE ACCOUNT

HI just bought a new phone Samsung S24 ultra and I can't login in my google account.I was clear the chache,also I turn off  two steps verification in google account...still can't pass.I cant go to the page to accept t&c.

Shouldn't be a issue what does it say if anything when you try to log in

Never heard of it freezing on that or any part of setup only guess is restart phone and start again

Have you tried a factory reset? If you haven't, i can tell you how to do one.

If you recently changed your password, wait 24 hours before you can re-add the Google account.
