No transcript feature in voice recorder onS24 ultra

I could not find the transcript feature at the 3 dots on voice recorder on my S24 ultra. How can I do to fix it?

1. Open phone settings
2. Click on Galaxy AI
3. Click on Transcript assist
4. Ensure that you have at least one language pack selected. 

If you don't see Galaxy AI in phone settings

1. Open phone settings
2. Click on Advanced features
3. Click on  Advanced intelligence
4. Click on Voice Recorder
5. Ensure that you have at least one language pack selected.

I think I have already had one language pack seleced as a picture

I would recommend that you click the update to update the English language pack.

I just updated the English language pack as you advised, and also restarted the phone after updating, but the issue has not solved

@Tkla Running out of ideas. Have you tried while booted in safe mode? If it works while booted in safe mode, the issue is caused by a 3rd party app.

Have you tried wiping the device cache partition?

I tried wiping the cache partition and reboot, but it didn't help
