Not getting app notifications even turned on.

I have turned on my app notifications and notification categories also for my outlook. But still I'm not able to get the notifications. Also, I have the same account in my old phone s21fe 5g one and I have been getting the notifications. Any suggestions to get the notifications. Also, it is not only for outlook, it is happening for almost every app, I'm not getting any notifications except from whatsapp, youtube, instagram and have the same app notifications toggled on. Any ideas to get the notifications shown?

Hi, Try wiping the cache partition to see if that helps. It's safe and won't remove your settings or app files. It clears unnecessary files, some of which may be corrupt.

Follow the steps below, If you wish to go ahead:

Clear the cache partition
-Turn the phone off (shut down)
- Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Side key.
- When the Android system recovery menu options show release buttons.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press Side key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, then press the Side key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Side key to restart the device.

A while back, i was having the same issue with notifications not working. I cleared the cache partition, which fixed it.
