Hi guys, needs help with notifications not being popped up and not even shown in the notification tray. Few apps like X, WSJ, NYT , Bloomberg and other news apps. They work for few hours and stop sending notifications after a while. I am from an iPhone to Fold 6 to be finally free, now I'm facing issues with basic system functionalities, please help me in finding a solutions.

I have tried all the basic troubleshooting steps like, Whitelisting apps to not sleep, Unrestricted battery, turn off DND, even cleared system cache partition. And Re-Booted the device once. And also turned off Doze mode through ADB

Have you tried going to settings-> Device care ->Diagnostics?
Not sure.If that will help but there are quite a few film function tests and some optimization you can do there.

Do you have notification categories turned on? Go to settings/notifications/advanced settings/manage notification categories for each app. Then return to the problematic apps' notification settings, tap on categories and turn on all the categories (if any) you want notifications for.

Power down your phone. Then boot it up by holding the power and volume up buttons until you see the Samsung Galaxy logo on the screen then let go of both buttons and quickly press the volume up key. The phone will boot to recovery mode. Navigate the menu by using the volume up/down buttons until you highlight "wipe cache partition". Select this by tapping the power button, confirm yes by same navigation/selection method. It will take about 2 seconds. After the partition is cleared, the reboot now option is highlighted. Tap the power button and the phone will boot normally. This usually helps most issues like this, as the cache just contains the uncleared remnants of installs and updates. It will not harm anything to clear it.
