Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

- Date ordered:

- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.):

- Unlocked or Carrier variant:

- Model, storage capacity, Color:

- Did you trade-In:

- Estimated delivery date:

Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

The discount should be reasonable.

I bought Fold 5 at a big price ($1699) six months back. 

Now, if I think about the S24, pre-order, and find the fold 5 model trade-in value of $750 only. It's the funniest thing I have ever seen. Samsung downgrading their own product within 6 months. 

IF this is the case, hard to trust and buy Samsung phones.

lol. Y'all do this every year. I don't know what's to be expected, Samsung just give you a free phone, it cost money to manufacture the product. If you don't want it don't buy it, but stop complaining, go do that on social media not a technical forum. lol

At least you can trade your phone in bro. Samsung black listed the Fold 4 and you can't even trade it.

When I traded my Note 20 Ultra in for the Fold 4, they gave me $1000 for it. Now I can't even trade my Fold 4 in unless they add it to the list.

They more than likely just forgot to include it. There's a lot of phones. I'm sure it'll be updated. I saw in the huge thread they said that the Experts said it was a mistaken and they sent it up to get updated.

I just ordered it, after fighting with the site and checkout. Took over half an hour to order.

Get to the cart "XYZ is out of stock". Go back and pick different accessories and the discounts had changed and total price was around $100 more.

Emptied the cart and added everything again, after finding a combination of things in stock.

Tried to process the order with Affirm up to the point that the app needed a Pic of my ID. After giving the Shop app permissions for camera and mic, it would crash the app every time. Now I have to empty the cart and add everything each time I tried it. Finally paid for it with a card.

I love Samsung products, but I've never had as many issues with a company's website as theirs. With either purchases or service.

the z Fold 4 isn't even on the list of trade for me yet a z Fold 3 is on the list. what kind of trade in program is this...
