Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

- Date ordered:

- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.):

- Unlocked or Carrier variant:

- Model, storage capacity, Color:

- Did you trade-In:

- Estimated delivery date:

Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

Recieved my GS24U in titanium orange today(1/26/24)

Gotta say, im pretty disappointed. 

Dont get me wrong the phone is gorgeous from the back... which is the first thing you see when opening the box.... but when you flip it over, GONE is the usual clear plastic screen protector from the factory( which i leave on until i install a real screen protector. It's been replaced with a black opaque sticker that you have to remove to see the screen. 

Upon removal of this sticker, im left looking at two massive scratches dead center and about 1" below the front camera, as well as on the top right corner.... 

To top it off, they wont replace it with a new unit, i have to ship the phone and headphones i purchased, wait for them to return, then my money starts the transfer process, and after all the **bleep**, i can purchase it again. 

Ive been loyal to samsung for a decade now, and never had issues like this. Definitely a sour taste in my mouth right now.

Samsung doesn't care about their customers. They should have just sent you a new unit and you ship them back that one. I bet you they won't even honor the pre-order

We now know it's parked behind the UPS warehouse in one of about 8 massive trailers. They haven't unloaded them yet
