One UI 7 Beta Enrollment Delay

Hello

I enrolled in the One UI 7 Beta program this morning and still haven't received the update. Is there a time delay? The app mentioned a 10 minute potential delay but it's been a couple hours or so.

Sorry to say but I doubt you will get the download since the beta has been full for over a month and no one new has been able to download it since it’s in the final stages

You can keep checking for the update but I don’t think it will show up until the full public release in a couple of weeks

Yeah, thought that might be the case. I have an unlocked device on T mobile so I thought I might get lucky since it let me enroll. There's a note that says the Beta version is only open to those specific cases.

Yeah but it filled up pretty fast back in December when they opened up the beta

So we the ones using beta will have to wait until the stable version is released to everybody else? Because that is not how the beta used to be before on Note 20 ultra 5G. I understand Samsung was to force people to buy the s25 series and because of that, they are delaying the UI 7. I will NEVER buy another Samsung phone. This S24U will be my last one

You will never buy a Samsung device because of something that you assume is happening?  Have you not seen the S25 forums where people are reporting issues?  Do you not understand how Samsung MAY be holding off on the release of this update until it is actually READY?

Assuming my ... Samsung didn't release this year like every other year because they want to force people to buy the new one. You don't Apple doing the same to their customers. Everybody get iOS at the same time. This is just marketing

You are so right.  Samsung did not release the new flagship operating system like they did last year.  Last year the S24 was the first to be loaded with One UI 6.1, and released on 1/17/2024, and 6.1 released on all other devices on 3/28/2024.  So based on your statement, we should not expect this until May of 2024, seeing as how the S25 launched on 2/7/2025...  They Cant have done something in the past when it is set, by your logic, to happen in the future.

Maybe research things before you accuse companies...

Since we are bringing up the fruit company, I will point out that I left them when they forced an update on my iPhone 3, to include IOS 4.0 which turned by iPhone into a paperweight.  it literally took 30 seconds to swipe from one page of installed apps to the next.  Even the UI was too hard on the device, and there was no option but to buy the next iPhone.  See how customer centric THEY are?
