Hello, is the one UI 7.0 beta program is coming to spectrum mobile?

It's an official delay. Beta 4 was supposed to be the last one and released this week. It's already confirmed to not be happening as it was supposed to.

It is not an "official" delay, as there was NEVER an official release date.  Your delays you speak of are caused by fan sites speculating on when it will happen, and then Samsung not meeting the goals that they never set for themselves. Samsung intentionally does not give dates for a Beta release, as it would not be a beta if they had a specific timetable.  Betas are specifically for getting the software ready for release, not for getting it out there for people to play with, then releasing without change a few weeks later.
