One UI 7 delayed again

Canada is next in the map of one ui 7 in may, so i think in may at&t will release the update to US

I spent hours tracking down technical support and they couldn't give a straight answer. They tried to say it was samsungs fault which I know is not true because the other carriers have already released it. Unfortunately this looks very poorly on AT&T. They said it could be another month before we see the update

All my previous updates of One UI were available withing a day or 2 of Samsung releasing them. It appears that One UI 7 has many issues. Not everyone experiences them, but AT&T is running lots of tests to iron out the bugs before releasing it. I've been impatiently waiting, but I'd rather have a bug free version than deal with some of the problems people are posting about. Ultimately, this goes back to Samsung and the fact that they probably should have beta tested this updated longer than they did.

Never buy a phone from ATT. Buy it unlocked and then bring it to ATT. Their trade-in program is terrible as well

LOL, I feel your pain!  When I switched to the Note 20 Ultra, I bought it from them, and they were supposed to give me a bill credit for my S8, but it literally took them 8 months to find my device because I used the wrong shipping label (used the I don't want this new device one instead of the trade in one that they had yet to send me).  By the time they finally got it corrected, they had to give me a bill credit, and I got several months of "free" service, instead of the bill credit that they had contractually offered me.
