I'm so sad. I went to enroll and it already reached maximum participants. Can this be? Is there a workaround?

I think so, since Beta 1 has the max number of participants, it'll be reopened for more people, probably until Beta 2

Software that is side-loaded or downloaded to an unapproved device will not be supported.

I've always enrolled in Beta. This looks like the best upgrade. I'm mad I missed it.
