Only can text certain numbers and can't text iPhone users

I can send some but not all. Can't text iPhone users. Needed to verify my number and never got the text. Just got this phone Thursday. Has not even been a week. I toggled between rcs and regular message app and still... tried reset network....reset phone put airplane on and off.... nothing... I'm so frustrated

Turn on the RCS in Google messages, but make sure that you have turned on the setting to automatically resend text as SMS/MMS if it can't go through as RCS.

Take your phone to your carrier. They are responsible for your messaging working properly.
