I am encountering persistent signal loss on my Samsung Galaxy S24 while using a DITO SIM. The network frequently disconnects, severely impacting calls, texts, and mobile data usage. Iā€™ve attempted various troubleshooting steps, including resetting network settings, updating the phoneā€™s software, switching SIM slots, and even testing the SIM in other devices, where it works fine. The issue appears specific to the Galaxy S24. Could this be a compatibility problem between the device and DITOā€™s network? What steps can I take to resolve this critical connectivity issue?

I have never heard of DITO, are you in the U.S.?  Is your phone a U.S. model? This forum can only advise on U.S. models. Try finding a community for your region  https://r1.community.samsung.com/?change-country=true

I have Already contact with dito sim support and read  dito sim guides from relevent blogs but all in vain
