For Hotspot, I sign in or have it automatically connect to my internet service provider, and the hotspot connection is seamless. My internet service provider Hotspot is listed in my connections and is used in case I don't want to use my carrier data allotments.
As to freezing , this issue has surfaced before. I suggest you set up Hotspots secured and in your connections.
I was turning my Hotspot on for someone to use it's internet connection on their device. And my phone actually did it again today. I have an appointment for an actual samsung verified company to look at My phone since it's still under warranty, but I am just trying to find out if this is normal, or if maybe I'm doing something wrong.
