Like the title states. Phone link is no longer able to display apps or screen mirroring after the latest update and shows Error 256. This might be in conjunction with the latest Windows 11 update, but regardless, reinstalls, removal/re-adds don't work. There is a thread over on the Microsoft site which started on the 19th.
