Yo, what's up with these ads popping up on my device out of nowhere? I got this weird thing saying my device has a virus. I searched on Google and it looks like a lot of people are having the same issue after the new update , people say is fake, what is going on?

@davisflow This is something that a malicious app would pop up. A 3rd party app which you have installed is popping these false warnings. You will need to delete that 3rd party app to get the ads to stop.

Could you please tell me on the best approach to locate a specific application or files within the system? Additionally, I would appreciate recommendations for effective antivirus software that can ensure robust protection against potential threats.

Maybe try "Nice Catch" module in "GoodLock" which can be downloaded from Galaxy store.

Turn on all settings under "screen" section so it might catch the app that generates this popup when it happens again

Start with the last one you installed before this started happening. It could have already planted babies, but malvertising doesn't usually replicate and it sometimes slips past even the best malware scanners. You can download malwarebytes free version from the play store. You can close down that screen, but don't click that OK at the bottom. Just either navigate back to the hone screen or force restart your phone by pressing a holding the power button until the phone restarts
