Problems with filters, same models, different results

Currently I have a problem, I bought 2 Galaxy s24 ultra, one mine and one for my girlfriend, but I have problems with the filters in the WhatsApp app, on mine it looks normal but on hers the filters keep appearing when taking a photo, she does a great job of makeup.

Sounds like a WhatsApp issue.

But it's weird since the same version is on both and both are up to date.

There must be some setting that's slightly different between your apps or camera.

I'm almost sure that everything is the same on both. I uninstalled WhatsApp and reset the camera settings on both and it's the same.
