Galaxy S24Since installing the recent security update, various apps not loading when using wifi. Works fine with 5g. Confirmed no network issues. Tried clearing cache partition, reinstalling apps, re-adding wifi and nothing works. All apps are updated.

Before doing the error report submission @MrGhoul suggested, try a factory reset (back up everything first: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002780/). This guide will walk you through it: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002030/
If after that it still behaves the same, then go for the error report submission.

Galaxy S24I'm also having the exact same issue, every other device works fine on the home network, had the ISP come in to check just in case - nothing wrong, and my partner's phone is having no issues (iPhone 8).
For me the apps won't load, or they get stuck launching, my MS Teams won't update for chats or send my messages, and so on. I literally have to turn Wi-Fi off on the S24U to get the apps to launch and refresh over data.
I've also noticed the issue coincided with the last two updates that were done.
