For several months this feature worked perfectly: Using my Samsung Pro Buds 2 with my S24+ to record my voice while making videos. This is enabled in Camera Settings - Advanced Video Options - 360 audio recording, which you enable to capture audio via bluetooth.
The feature stopped working recently. I have rebooted the phone, reset the buds to factory setting and re-pared, cleared cache, verified the feature does not work with a 2nd set of earbuds, verfied that the earbuds otherwise work perfectly, and had Samsung support try for nearly 30 minutes by taking direct control of the phone.
After the problem could not be solved the tech support person told me to "wait for an update."
Any suggestions and can anyone with access to an S24+ please check this feature? I'd like to understand if a recent sw update may have caused the issue or if its on my end.
Can someone test, please? Appreciate any help/advice.
