As many of us are experiencing these camera issues where the post processing ruins images taken by making them grainy or too saturated. I found temporarily that using the camera in safe mode and airplane mode gave me way better results when using the camera . Hopefully they fix this soon

UPDATE
Turns out my camera issue is a hardware issue. I spoke to representative and there are no updates coming for the camera, only for the screen issues. I will return mine an get a new device. Seems I got a early model that was part of a bad batch.

Update: got my replacement device today NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE. now this is what the s24 ultra is supposed to be. WOW I can't believe the difference. The screen for sure is way brighter and more colorful and the camera is amazing and no issues with post processing ruining images. If anything it just makes them way better. I can't believe what a difference there is between the devices

I have an s24 ultra. When I have raw photos taken in the expert raw camera application imported into the light room app the colors are all out of whack. If I use pro photo mode to shoot raw photos then import them into light room the issue is not present. I've tried altering HDR settings in the expert raw app. I've changed settings in the lightroom app. But nothing seems to change the outcome. I've included pictures of what the photo looks like when taken vs what it looks like once opened in lightroom. Anyone else experienced this & know what is happening?

Update: it appears to be something with the expert raw files. Tried to import them into Snapseed & they will not open. Someone just put out a video comparing auto mode vs expert raw & noticed some of the same issues as I am but to a lesser degree.

There were similar issues with older raw images on Galaxy phones. Try maybe editing in HDR mode in Lr? Otherwise, you have to wait for updates by either Adobe or Samsung.

I have tried editing in HDR in lightroom. Makes the effect worse.

Use "Adobe Color" Profile instead of "ExpertRAW" Profile. Or don't hit the "Auto settings" button with those files.

These are what the pictures look like when they are imported before any editing. I tried using the Adobe color profile vs camera setting color profile & it made no difference. I also tried importing these same raw files into Snapseed & they will not open. So I don't think it's a lightroom issue, I think it's a samsung issue

This is very strange @jhop  Would it be possible for you to send me the DNG file?
I would like to check the issue at my end in Lr and give you, my feedback. This can also be just a software issue rather than the DNG issue. But, let me check it once. I am at - amitpandey@outlook.com

I have the same issue here. It seems like my photo imported to lightroom is extremely wash out as if I took it with HDR mode but setting on my Camera Raw has deselected the Auto HDR mode.

You are the only person so far that seems to have the same issue as I am. If I figure out what's happening I will post the resolution

I have the same problem, even with latest Lightroom update.

Hopefully it's a bug issue that can be resolved easily. I do noted that my photo was fine on 24 Feb 2024 but the next photo I took on 3 March 2024 starting to have the washout effect when viewing it on lightroom
